空壓機的運行前,需做相應的檢查,以排除故障隱患。主要的檢查為油位的檢查及電源電壓的檢查。電源電壓應使波動范圍在±5%左右。油位檢查一般在油標的三分之一到三分之二為最佳,低于油標的三分之一時,應及時添加過濾后的同牌號潤滑油,冬季時應用13#壓縮機油,夏季為19#壓縮機油。
而在空壓機運行的過程中也易出現(xiàn)死機的現(xiàn)象,導致空壓機死機的現(xiàn)象有來自機械本身的原因也有電氣方面的因素。

二、電氣原因:空壓機電氣部分由電機、氣壓自動開關(guān)等組成??諌簷C正常運行時,氣壓自動開關(guān)是關(guān)閉的。而當儲氣罐壓力到達額定排氣壓力后,壓縮空氣頂動橡皮,通過跳橋使彈簧跳動,從而讓膠木座動觸頭與靜觸頭脫開,切斷電路,停止電機。相反,當儲氣罐壓力減小到固定值時,彈簧彈回,接通電路,電機運行。

moisture prevention, maintain cleanliness, and apply oil to the surface
openings of cylinders, pistons, etc., and seal them properly. In short,

Electrical reason: The electrical part of the air compressor is composed
of a motor, an automatic air pressure switch, etc. When the air
compressor is running normally, the automatic switch for air pressure is
turned off. When the pressure of the air storage tank reaches the rated
exhaust pressure, compressed air pushes the rubber, causing the spring
to jump through the bridge, thus separating the movable contact and the
static contact of the rubber base, cutting off the circuit, and stopping
the motor. On the contrary, when the pressure of the air storage tank
decreases to a fixed value, the spring rebounds, the circuit is
connected, and the motor runs.
